Fighting for Something Bigger

At Combat Collective, community is everything. And for founder Kaz Crossley, that doesn’t stop at the gym walls.

Kaz has used her platform not just to empower women through combat sports, but to support children facing some of life’s toughest challenges—from the emotional toll of hair loss caused by conditions like alopecia and cancer, to the harsh realities of growing up in poverty without safe housing or stability. Her advocacy is deeply personal and hands-on.

Combat Collective is proud to support three powerful causes that reflect those values: Little Lady Locks in the UK, Wor. Watthana in Isaan, Thailand, and Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation in southern Thailand.

Little Lady Locks

Hair is powerful. Confidence is priceless.

Kaz has experienced the emotional weight of hair loss firsthand through her journey with alopecia. That personal story became a mission. She shaved her head, donated her own hair, and raised over £28,000 to support Little Lady Locks, a UK-based charity that creates wigs for young girls with medical hair loss due to conditions like alopecia and cancer.

Beyond fundraising, Kaz ran the Manchester Marathon and continues to raise awareness for children navigating identity, self-worth, and self-expression during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Join Kaz in supporting Little Lady Locks. Your donation can help fund wig-making, consultations, and ongoing support services for children across the UK.

Where Muay Thai becomes a lifeline.

Wor. Watthana: Fighting for a Future

In rural Isaan, Thailand, many children face extreme poverty, abuse, or abandonment. Wor. Watthana Gym is more than just a Muay Thai gym—it’s a safe haven, a home, and a source of purpose.

Kaz has worked closely with Frances and Boom, the founders of Wor. Watthana, to help raise funds and awareness. She’s helped support the building of a new gym and permanent home for the children, giving them not just a place to live, but a future to fight for.

Wor. Watthana offers these kids structure, discipline, and a pathway out of hardship through Muay Thai. And with every retreat, visit, and donation drive, Combat Collective continues to champion their cause.

Ways to support Wor. Watthana:

  • Make a one-time donation
  • Sponsor a child monthly
  • Contribute to building projects or gear
A safe space for children in crisis.

Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation

Located in southern Thailand, the Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation supports children who have been abandoned, orphaned, or come from extremely vulnerable circumstances. The foundation provides long-term housing, education, and emotional support in a nurturing village environment.

As part of Combat Collective’s ongoing commitment to giving back, each MMA retreat includes a visit to the Phuket Sunshine Village. During these visits, our team spends time with the children—playing games, sharing smiles, and teaching Muay Thai in a way that brings joy, confidence, and connection.

Support the Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation:

  • Make a one-time or recurring donation

  • Help fund education and living costs

  • Sponsor a child or family house

This Is What We Fight For

Combat isn’t just about what happens in the ring, it’s about standing up for others, even when no one is watching. Kaz’s commitment to charity is at the heart of Combat Collective’s mission. Whether through hair donation, marathon running, community building, or mentoring, we believe in showing up with action.

Three causes. One mission. Fight for something bigger.

When you join a retreat or attend an event, you’re helping us create space for more of this work to happen.
