Begin With Confidence

This is a 4-week program created for complete beginners or anyone with very limited Muay Thai experience. It’s designed to take away the nerves of starting something new and give you the foundations you need before stepping into regular classes.

All fitness levels are welcome. You’ll train alongside like-minded women, guided by inspirational female coaches who know how to support beginners every step of the way. It’s more than just learning how to strike, it’s about finding your confidence, building strength, and becoming part of a new community.

Elbows and defense

Every coach brings their own strengths and teaching style, so parts of the course structure may vary slightly depending on who’s leading the session. These adjustments are made to ensure you get the most out of your training.

  • Absolute beginners who have never done Muay Thai before and want a safe, structured place to start.

  • Women with a little training experience who feel like they missed the basics and want to build proper foundations.

  • Anyone looking to join our weekly classes who needs this prerequisite course first.

It’s the entry point into our London program and the best way to make sure you feel confident when you step into regular training. Over the four weeks, you’ll pick up the techniques, the fitness, and the rhythm of classes, while also meeting women who are starting their journey just like you.

This course is a prerequisite before joining our London Muay Thai classes unless you already have prior experience.
