Fight to Find
Yourself.

We are here to help women feel stronger and more confident through combat sports, while building a global community rooted in connection and support.

How It Started

Our Story

Combat Collective started with one class in London and a simple idea. Create a space where women could train hard, show up as themselves, and feel comfortable doing it. What happened next surprised us in the best way.

That one class quickly grew into a community. Women from different backgrounds, ages, and experience levels coming together to train, laugh, learn, and support each other both on and off the mats.

Founded by Kaz Crossley and shaped by an incredible group of coaches and creatives, Combat Collective has always been about making combat sports feel more welcoming , empowering, and accessible. Since then, we have hosted fully booked retreats in Thailand, run workshops across the UK, and built a global sisterhood that continues to grow every time a new woman walks through the door.

You do not need to be anything special to be part of it. You just need to show up.

Our Mission

Built With Purpose

Combat Collective started with a simple idea: to help more women feel confident enough to walk into a Muay Thai gym and give it a go.

At the beginning, it was all about introducing as many women as possible to combat sports in a way that felt safe, welcoming and fun. Somewhere you could show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgement.

As the community has grown, something really special has happened.

Combat Collective is now a space where women of all levels train together, from complete beginners to women who’ve been in the sport for years. Many experienced women love being part of Combat Collective because it’s different to what they’re used to. It’s a chance to give back, share knowledge and train in a supportive, women-only environment.

Here, we encourage women to support each other, learn from each other and grow together. There’s no ego, no comparison… just real training, real connection and real community.

What we Stand for

Our Values

01
Feeling strong

Physically, mentally, emotionally. That’s the goal. Everything else comes second

02
Women supporting women

All levels, all backgrounds. We learn from each other and grow together.

03
Real community

No ego, no judgement. Just women showing up for themselves and each other.

04
No pressure, just progress

Come as you are. Do your thing. We’ve got you.

05
Enjoy the journey

Train hard, laugh lots, take it seriously- but not too seriously 😉

The Collective in Action

We believe strength doesn’t stop at the mat. From supporting gym builds in Thailand to fundraising for Little Lady Locks, we’re committed to creating impact that goes far beyond our classes and retreats.

We’ve helped underrepresented communities find purpose through Muay Thai, partnered with grassroots initiatives, and made giving back a key part of what we do. Because real strength uplifts others.
