Life long memories
Collective Voices
"This is such an unforgettable experience, thank you everyone for giving me such a wonderful time. The encouragement and energy I received from the group and coaches made me keep up with all the classes. Although I'm at my 60s, the support that I received from Combat Collective made me realise I'm stronger than I thought! I would love to join the next retreat!"
Kay
"I'm so grateful my friend invited me to this retreat! This has truely changed my life, everyone was so supportive with inspiring souls. I came in as a woman who forgot herself and lost her sparks and now I came out with more than I could have ever asked for.The confidence I have now is something I haven't felt in a long time, the love I have for myself and the feeling of being able to accomplish anything life throws at me is possible. This trip is something I will never ever forget"
Saaliha
"This trip has honestly been the most life & mind altering experience of my life. Things that seemed to be important to me before, just don't anymore and I can't thank you all enough for changing so much of me. Life is hard and we've all had our moments this trip but we all lifted each other back up. Without our bad experiences, a lot of us wouldn't have even made the leap of coming on this trip. At least I know I wouldn't have. For that, I am so grateful and truely believe everything happens for a reason."
Georgia
"Truly believe there is not another retreat like this, so many incredible independent women driving you to push yourself in every way."
Amanda
Combat Collective was a trip of a lifetime! As someone who’s been training boxing/kickboxing for the last 5 years, I was missing a strong female community with the same level of interest/passion but going on this trip, I’ve met the most amazing girls and community. Combat Collective sets you up for success form the start and the experience of training alongside so many other like-minded, inspiring women is unforgettable. From the amazing coaches that trained us to the fun beach clubs and activities planned, this was so unforgettable. If you’re considering it, do it, you won’t regret it!

The positivity between all the women was amazing, which can sometimes make people apprehensive when women get together, but I was really impressed with how many came solo all the way to Thailand to try Muay Thai. That meant more to me than anything, because I feel the sport is underrepresented among women. It was a safe place where the supporters were always there for us if we had any questions, and we had a good mix of activities including beach clubs, fight night, and nightlife. The location was incredible, and overall it promoted my health in the best way possible, which is all I care about. I would definitely do this again in the future, and I wouldn’t mind going solo.

If there is anyone who keeps looking at the retreat and thinks it looks good but feels too scared, like I was for a year, I would tell you to book it ASAP. It is the most empowering and inspiring experience I have ever had, and I think every girl interested in fitness needs to do it. The feeling of being scared but pushing yourself to do something regardless is like no other feeling in the world.
Yasmin
I first decided to join the retreat after going through a very hard time in my life. I had lost a lot of self-love and confidence, and my anxiety was at another level, causing a lot of stress and pain. With support from family and friends, I was persuaded to join the retreat and go solo traveling to find myself again—and that I did. From the moment I met the Combat Collective team and the girls, I felt so loved and special. Within hours, I already felt the support and encouragement from everyone, and with that, my self-love and confidence began to grow again. Now, the person leaving this retreat is the best version of herself, and I can’t thank the Combat Collective team enough.

Finding your place in a martial arts gym can be hard, but from the moment I entered this community I knew the connections I would make would have a lasting impact on me. The retreat reignited my passion for Muay Thai and combat sports in a way I didn’t even realize I was missing. I had the opportunity to train alongside inspirational fighters and other girls who carried the same energy as me in a way I had never experienced before. The retreat reminded me of the importance of Muay Thai beyond the technical aspects—respect, kindness, and friendship. I would recommend this retreat to anyone, experienced or not, because there is something to gain for everyone. Whether you do Muay Thai for just this one week and never again, or go on to train to be a fighter, it is an experience you won’t regret.

The retreat made me fall in love with fitness all over again and with combat sports too. If someone is thinking about coming, I would tell them not to overthink it and just book it. Training in the gorgeous country of Thailand with the most amazing coaches in such a friendly and welcoming gym was incredible, and seeing how talented the other girls were gave me so much motivation to push myself even more.

Yes I came alone.. and this was exactly my thoughts having never travelled so far on my own and to have to transfer flights… however “just do it!” And put your big girl pants on!
The thought of it is more daunting than the actual travelling… it was a pleasant journey!
Empowered being around so many women who love the combat sports world just as much as I do.
Inspired how many young women from different parts of the world travelled alone to try something new or to pursue their love for Muay Thai.
Fun to have laughed, partied and trained so hard with a diverse set of strong women.
Juanita
Once in a lifetime experience that I will always cherish. Nothing can prepare you for this retreat, but that's what makes it even sweeter.
