    Warm-up, loads of cardio and sparring, focus on techniques after observing what happens in sparring.

    Warm-up, shadow boxing, then partnered pad work to improve accuracy, power, and timing. A bag finisher, stretching, and a session recap - all focused on technique and fitness in a fun way.
