Thats why we wanted to offer a Intro to MMA retreat. A retreat for women who are keen to transition intro MMA and want to learn with like-minded women in a safe as well as fun environment.

What's the difference?
Our Muay Thai Retreat caters to people of all levels. This retreat is for you if you have a keen interest in Muay Thai. It’s a great choice no matter your fitness level. If you’ve seen our last few retreats, you’ll have noticed Kaz’s amazing mum getting involved, she was unstoppable even at 60! The Muay Thai retreat will definitely push your fitness, but there are no specific requirements in terms of Muay Thai experience or fitness level. Plus, there’s plenty of time to relax and enjoy other fun activities in the schedule where you can let your hair down. We know the importance of mental and physical health together so we also have some beautiful calming activities like yoga, breathwork/meditation and sound healing. Other activities aside from training include attending a fight night, a floating Beach club and visiting an authentic Thai seafood restaurant. This retreat is a great option for anyone looking to learn Muay Thai and get fitter alongside some incredible women. You’ll leave with new Muay Thai skills and a new fitness community.
The new Intro MMA Retreat is built a bit differently. This retreat is designed for beginners in the MMA field, but it’s recommended that you be at least moderately active and have some previous experience in combat sports. This retreat has an application process so we can ensure it is suited to you and that we can BEST support your growth. The training will be a little more intense, and while sparring is optional, there will be plenty of opportunities to really elevate your skills in MMA. Don’t worry though, it’s not all hard graft . You’ll still have free time and some super fun activities to enjoy the Thai sunshine, nature, and wind down after a hard day’s training. Extra activities aside from training include Hot Bikram yoga, a women’s empowerment workshop, visiting an elephant sanctuary and also a relaxing spa day. Not only that but we will also spend some time doing community work at Phuket Sunshine Village, helping with lunch for the children and keeping them active with a Muay Thai class. You’ll leave this retreat fitter, stronger, and a much more skilled fighter—not to mention with a whole new sisterhood of strong women!
